CINNAMON ICED MATCHA LATTE
Step into a world of pure refreshment with our iced matcha latte—a delightful fusion of vibrant flavor and invigorating chill. Imagine the smooth, earthy notes of premium matcha powder, perfectly balanced with the creamy richness of frothy milk, all served over a cascade of ice cubes and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1-2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Ice cubes
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Optional: sweetener of your choice (e.g., honey, sugar, agave syrup)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or cup, sift the matcha powder and cinnamon to remove any clumps.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of hot water to the matcha powder.
- Use a whisk or a matcha whisk (chasen) to whisk the mixture vigorously until smooth and frothy.
- If desired, add sweetener to taste and stir until dissolved.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the prepared matcha mixture over the ice.
- In a separate container, heat the milk until hot but not boiling. Froth the milk using a milk frother or by vigorously shaking it in a tightly sealed container until it becomes frothy.
- Pour the frothed milk over the matcha and ice. Stir gently to combine.
- Optionally, sprinkle some additional matcha powder or cinnamon on top for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing iced matcha latte!
