Agreement

By entering the Kiko Milano Beauty Contest (the "Contest"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract between you and Kiko Milano ("Company"). Read these terms carefully, as they include indemnities and limitations on your rights that may vary by jurisdiction.

Eligibility

Open to residents of France aged 18 and over. Employees of Kiko Milano and their immediate families are ineligible.

How to Enter Submit your entry via

Website by September 25th 2024. Include a Video and a brief description up to 200 words of your beauty routine or philosophy.

Entry Requirements

Entries must be original and not infringe on third-party rights. Videos should be in MP4 and Full HD 1080p. Description must not exceed 215 words.

Selection of Winners

Judging will be based on creativity, technical skill, presentation, use of products by a panel appointed by Kiko Milano. Judges’ decisions are final.

Prizes

Winners will receive one Limited Edition 3D Hydra Lipgloss with a choice of color: (47 White Unicorn, 48 Pink Metaverse, 49 Rose In The House, 50 Sparkling Mauve, 51 Frozen Light Blue). Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes will be mailed to winners’ addresses.

Notification

Winners will be notified by email within 31 days of the announcement. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.

Data Privacy

By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your data for contest administration and marketing, as outlined in Kiko Milano’s Privacy Policy

Publicity

By participating, you grant Kiko Milano permission to use your name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes.

General Conditions

Kiko Milano reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms. The Company is not responsible for any technical issues or lost entries. The Contest may be modified or canceled at the Company’s discretion.

Governing Law
